UPRIGHT: unavoidable endings, guidance, spiritual growths

REVERSED: mental turmoil, sorrow

THE STORY: The relationship of humans with death (and with the preservation of memories through images) is the root of not only of identity, but also of art. In the context of the deck, Death is perceived not as a reaper, but a shepherd, waiting to guide the hero to the mysterious other side, but also charged with keeping the world in balance. After having broken the rules of the world, escaping time and finding immortality, the hero of Youth without age and life without death is lured back into the world by homesickness, and, in the ruins of his old palace, finds his own, personal death awaiting.
